Diamond Creek Trail

Follow Diamond Creek downstream from Hurstbridge Memorial Park to Eltham Lower Park, surrounded by wildlife-rich parklands and native bushland. Sealed path. Car shuffle required (or alternatively, shorten the walk to Eltham Station and take the train). Picnic, BBQ and restroom facilities are available at Eltham Lower Park.
