Lake Eildon might be best known for water sports but its surrounding forests are an underappreciated gem. Walk along the banks of Lake Eildon before heading deep into the forest on the Candlebark Gully Walk. Keep an eye out for kangaroos, wallabies and echidnas. 2.5 hours.
