Eureka Reef Heritage Walk

This short trail is suitable for the whole family, though kids should be supervised as there are dangerous mine shafts around. The attractive bushland is dotted with 140 years worth of mining history, from stamping batteries and water races, to mine shafts and the ruins of a miner’s house. Signs along the trail also depict the indigenous history of the area. Formed track with a few short steep sections and uneven ground that may be slippery after rain.
